Welcome to NebulaHaptic. By accessing and using our website located at www.nebulahaptic.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, including Keyboards & Keycaps, Mice & Pointing Devices, Audio & Sound, Controllers & Gaming, and Accessories & Parts, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and NebulaHaptic ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

User Agreement

By using the NebulaHaptic Site, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Orders and Purchases: All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product description, pricing, or inventory issues. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Account Information: While we do not currently operate a user registration system, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and shipping information for order fulfillment. You must ensure this information is kept current for ongoing communications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NebulaHaptic, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
  • Any content obtained from the Site.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
  • The purchase, use, or performance of any product sold through the Site.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site or products shall not exceed the total amount you paid to NebulaHaptic for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Intellectual Property Protection

The NebulaHaptic Site, its original content, features, functionality, logo, and design are and will remain the exclusive property of NebulaHaptic and its licensors. Our intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except for incidental copies made as part of your normal use of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All product names, logos, and designs mentioned on the Site that are not owned by NebulaHaptic are the trademarks of their respective owners. Any unauthorized use of our trademarks or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Refund & Return Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it, including all accessories and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as opened software, digital downloads, personalized/customized products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless defective.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] for assistance. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
